We have used Enfields lettings for a few years on a property managed level. The fees are decent and competitive with other agents and the service we have received has been very good. They are quick to respond to issues and after 2 years, we just had a turnaround of tenants in and out very quickly, with Enfields arranging the cleaning and maintenance in between very quickly, so it was fresh for the new tenant.

I have been interacting with Enfields and with Emily as my property agent for my tenancy for more than a year now. It is a good journey so far. Very helpful, response is fast and on time, tries to mitigate the concerns in proper manner. Thanks for all the service.
