What our customers think of us...
Excellent communication, very professional but friendly, would not hesitate to use Enfields services again.
10 out of ten service.
I am happy to recommend the team at Enfields, Bitterne, for the excellent service they gave us in selling our home. The process of moving in the current market…

I’m renting a one-bedroom apartment through Enfields and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Annah handed over the apartment, took the time to show me everything and provided a brochure with detailed photographs documenting its condition at the time of handover. She was very kind and welcoming, and she has been just as helpful ever since. I highly recommend Enfields Letting Agents
Had a fantastic experience with Enfields Letting Agents in Southampton. The process of securing my new apartment was smooth and efficient, and the team was professional, responsive, and friendly throughout. They made sure all my questions were answered and provided excellent support. Highly recommend
We decided to rent our property as we are moving abroad. As first time lenders this was a bit overwhelming however Louise made the whole process so easy. We had tenants within 2 weeks and Louise was always happy to answer any questions (even silly ones) fast and efficiently. Really recommend!
I moved into a 1 bed house 4 months ago and really enjoy living in it. Emily and her team have always been really quick to respond to any problems, promptly getting them sorted and working with me. No matter what I've mentioned a resolution has always been found, very pleased with the service I receive.
I have recently moved in my first apartment (rent) in the UK. I am here to start my PhD. Annah from Enfields handled the process very well. She is sweet and always available to answer any questions. Since I am from another country, I didn't have any knowledge about the process of renting and she made everything clear and kept me informed.
Exceptional Services provided by Annah & James at Enfeilds.
Communication was clear and continuous. We experienced great customer service and professionalism. Would certainly reccomend Enfeilds to anyone looking to Rent/Buy their next home.
I have just let my property through Enfields Shirley and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, it has been an easy and stress free experience with Louise guiding and supporting me through the whole process. Louise’s communication and efficiency has been exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I have dealt with a number of other lettings agents previously, both good and bad, but it makes such a difference when you find an agent that actually cares
We have used Enfields lettings for a few years on a property managed level. The fees are decent and competitive with other agents and the service we have received has been very good. They are quick to respond to issues and after 2 years, we just had a turnaround of tenants in and out very quickly, with Enfields arranging the cleaning and maintenance in between very quickly, so it was fresh for the new tenant.
I have been interacting with Enfields and with Emily as my property agent for my tenancy for more than a year now. It is a good journey so far. Very helpful, response is fast and on time, tries to mitigate the concerns in proper manner. Thanks for all the service.
