MRI overseas property links up with Enfields to offer overseas property expertise to UK buyers

At OPP (Overseas Property Professionals) Live 2006 today, MRI Overseas Property and Enfields estate agents signed a partnership deal to offer MRI Overseas Property’s new development properties and overseas re-sale listings through Enfields branches in the UK.

The worldwide overseas property company has partnered with Enfields to expand its network of estate agency partnerships with one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent estate agency groups and the winner of two consecutive prestigious ‘Estate Agents of the Year’ awards.

Enfields is planning to roll out 150 franchise offices over the next five years and plans to open seven branches by April 2007 as part of its commitment to the partnership.

The partnership will enable Hampshire-based Enfields to offer expert overseas property buying advice to both holiday home buyers and investors, as well as offering prospective buyers details of a wide range of properties in regions across MRI Overseas Property’s thirteen countries worldwide. MRI Overseas Property’s portfolio of properties also includes new developments and re-sale properties, from studio apartments to luxury villas.
