Enfields are pleased to announce that we have been recognised in no fewer than five of the ten categories at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards – one of the industry’s most highly respected awards competition.

We picked up Gold for Training and Development, Silver awards for New Homes and Residential Lettings and Bronze awards for Web and Technology and Overseas – wins that showcase our advanced systems that have already afforded us our excellent reputation for delivering complete property services to customers.

Speaking about this recent success Enfields’ Managing Director Rob Mott stated, “We have established a leading market position through our ability to deliver expert advice and assistance in every aspect of selling, buying and renting property and these award wins highlight the best practice we maintain across our various departments that combine to provide customers with complete satisfaction. 2007 was a great year for Enfields having opened a number of new offices across the UK under our expert franchise scheme whilst maintaining leading market positions in our established branch conurbations. To be recognised for our hard work as the year came to close has been a huge boost to the team filling us with renewed excitement for the year to come!.”

The Estate Agency of the Year Awards is organised annually to champion high standards and encourage best practice in the property industry. Stringent judging processes are headed by a panel of property experts including journalists, retired estate agents and senior directors of house-building and mortgage lending firms. 2007 winners were announced at a glitzy awards ceremony held in London and hosted by TV presenter and journalist Mariella Frostrup.

Enfields win national property awards

Estate agency firm Enfields is proud to announce that they have won two coveted awards in a national property awards competition organised annually to highlight examples of excellent service and business management within the industry.

Speaking about their success in the competition, Enfields Managing Director Robert Mott stated, “In what is a highly competitive industry, these award wins provide a reliable endorsement from expert professionals of the superior services Enfields delivers. As an established agency which already enjoys an excellent reputation and superb customer feedback records, we enter such competitions with confidence and a belief that they help prospective customers find their way through the maze of property businesses to find an agency that is noted for their success.”

To win the 5 star award for Best Real Estate Agency (Hampshire) means that Enfields were singled out by the judges for their overall business systems and management structure that has ultimately allowed the delivery of excellence customer service levels. The 4 star award for Best Real Estate Marketing Campaign was awarded in recognition of Enfields’ successful ‘working in the community’ campaign which has not only raised the agency’s profile but has at the same time provided local communities with much needed financial and business support. As part of this initiative Enfields has fundraised for charity, taken part in school fetes and sponsored many local sporting clubs and events. It was this wider concern for the local area in which the business operates that caught the judges attention and encouraged high praise.

Enfields has also celebrated success in the Estate Agency of the Year Awards. The agency scooped the Gold Award for Best Medium Sized Agency in the Estate Agency of the Year Awards two years in a row – 2005 and 2006 and picked up Bronze wins for Residential Lettings and Web & Technology in 2006.  Enfields has re-entered this year in no fewer than eleven of the competition’s categories! Results of this industry renowned competition will be announced later this autumn.

Enfields awarded GOLD again at national estate agency awards.

Enfields has scooped the coveted Gold Award for best medium agency at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2006 for a second year in a row. We also picked up the Bronze Award for residential lettings and Bronze for our website and technology provisions.

Estate Agency of the Year is an annual awards competition organised by Estate Agency Events with the aim of driving excellent standards within the property industry. Entrants throughout the UK are assessed in a number of categories by a respected judging panel of leading property experts including retired estate agents, property journalists and senior directors of mortgage lending and house building firms.

Winners were announced at a glitzy awards ceremony held at The Brewery in London and TV presenter Penny Smith was there to join in with the celebrations. (See picture)

On winning the awards Joint Managing Director Rob Mott stated, "We are so proud to have won Gold for best medium agency in the main category again. Winning last year meant that we had to raise our game even further to show that we are worthy of the title and to have a chance of coming top again. We have had a busy year in launching our franchise scheme whilst striving to maintain our service standards in our core branches. To be recognised for all our hard work and pick up two other awards is extremely rewarding."

Every year Enfields host its own awards ceremony to recognise the efforts of high performing staff and to promoting best practice and camaraderie amongst branch teams.

This year's event was held at the De Vere Grand Harbour where guests were treated to an evening of entertainment including a champagne reception, dinner, motivational speech from Olympic champion Roger Black, silent auction, the awards presentation itself and a live band.
