- Homebuyers surveys - This survey is intended for houses, flats and bungalows of conventional construction and generally in reasonable condition or built after the 1900s. - Building condition reports - A survey for all types of residential property, recommended for properties built before the 1920s, or a property which has been substantially altered, or converted from its original use. This survey is extensive, and can be tailored to customers' individual requirements. It will include all defects and suggested remedies.
- Home condition reports - an objective report on the condition of a property that can be relied upon by buyers, the seller, lenders and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process. It is produced by a registered Home Inspector following an inspection of the property and contains information that is consistent, easy to use and understand. The report is designed to highlight any defects in the property that are either urgent or serious, in addition to providing a general summary of all other parts of the dwelling. The purpose of the report is to enable the homeowner and the prospective purchaser to be aware of defects in the property that may influence their decision in the buying process.
