Search for property
Now that we have an understanding of your needs our team can search and send you details of all the property that matches your criteria. You can choose to view these properties at a time that is convenient to you.

Securing a property
Once you have found a suitable property and the landlord agrees to proceed we will collect all the relevant documentation such as your references, details of who will act as your referees and conduct the necessary credit checks. Once the landlord is satisfied we will draw up a tenancy agreement for you to sign. We will also prepare an inventory for you and the Landlord to sign.

Deposits and setting dates
A deposit and often a months rent is usually required in advance which we will collect on behalf of the Landlord. The deposit is returnable to you on vacation of the property assuming no damage has been caused. A date will be agreed for you to receive access to the property.

Completion
This is the day you receive the key to the property and you can move all your belongings in.

Ongoing support
As your agent we will continue to collect payments on behalf of the Landlord and can assist you with any problems you may have in relation to the property. We will also deal with your rental renewal or can assist you to find an alternative property on expiry of the term if your requirements change or the property is no longer available.
