Chris Heaps M.N.A.E.A. M.A.R.L.A. – Business Owner and Manager.

Chris can call upon 18 years of business management and development. Having previously been employed by a global company for much of his working life he knows the importance of strategic direction, day to day team management and is well known for giving excellent customer service to all clients. Within a short period of time he has established Enfields as major contributor within the Estate Agency community. In line with his companies drive and determination he has also developed his team’s skill and knowledge within the property sector by successfully passing two NFOPP Technical Awards, which were Residential Sales as well as Residential Lettings and Property Management. Both nationally recognised qualifications of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)
Andrew Baxter – Assistant Branch Manager

Andrew has worked in the Estate Agent industry for 7 years. Having grown up in Leeds, he understanding the areas needs in all aspects of Selling and Letting property successfully and can draw upon his wealth of knowledge and experience. Having spent some time with London’s leading Estate Agent he developed a fresh and dynamic approach to Estate Agency which suits Enfields ethos of pro-active hard work perfectly. Andrew is responsible for the management and growth of the office Sales and Lettings Department ensuring targets are hit and service is second to none.
James Hardwick-Wilson – Lettings Negotiator

James has five years experience as an estate agent in Leeds and has worked for both corporate and independent agents. Having been born and raised within the area he has great local knowledge as well as a unique understanding of the letting market on a whole. Combine this with his confidence, dedication and hard work, James provides an outstanding service to both Landlords and Tenants.
Kiren Kaur – Secretary/Administrator

Kiren is a graduate with seven years experience working in a management/sales environment. She manages all the sales/lettings administration and is 100% efficient in delivering for both Enfield’s and their clients. She understands the importance of time management and prioritising workloads. She constantly looks for ways for improving work processes to ensure that a smart approach is always implemented. Kiren has an excellent approach towards dealing with vendors and applicants therefore ensuring that the best possible customer service is delivered on a constant basis.
Melissa Guthrie-Noyce M.A.R.L.A – Property Manager

Melissa has been a property manager for over 3 years and is a licensed agent of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Over the past 5 years Melisa has worked in a number of roles within the Lettings Industry and therefore is aware of the lettings business from a unique point of view - from marketing the property/viewings through to references and contracts being drawn up and the role she now in as a Property Manager. Melissa is very mature, resourceful and a complete finisher when it comes to dealing with the day to day enquiries she has from Landlords and Tenants. She also monitors Tenants rental payments and chases where necessary while carrying out all essential legal obligations for the landlord (i.e. Gas Safety Certificates) and renewals of tenancies. At the end of the tenancy she will co-ordinate the tenants check out inspection and any returns/negotiations of deposit.
Luke Saint CeMAP –Independent Financial Adviser

Luke is part of the award winning Mortgage Advice Bureau and manages the mortgage and financial side of buying properties. He is responsible for advising our clients on their financial situation and ensuring that they get the best mortgage deals available. Earlier in the year Luke’s hard work and determination paid off with him finishing in the Top 20 out of 100’s of Mortgage Advice Bureaus advisers. His knowledge and performance focused nature will continue to serve him and Enfield's well.
Satnam Kaur – Administrator Apprentice

Satnam is completing an Apprenticeship in Business and Admin at Enfields. She is very keen to learn how to manage letting and sales administrator tasks, in the company. She has the right attitude to work and is a fast trainee. Studying Business Studies for four years at a Business and Enterprise Specialist school, her quality skills and knowledge, able her to solve problems and deal with clients in a professional manner.
Pontefract is one of the 'Five Towns' in the district of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, with a population close to 29,000 people. Castleford, Knottingley, Featherstone and Normanton are the other surrounding towns and each providing their own unique contribution to the financial and social development of the ‘Five Towns’ area.
Pontefract has been a market town since, at least, the Middle Ages; the main market days are Wednesday and Saturday, with a smaller market on Fridays. There is also a covered market, which is open all week, except Thursday afternoons and Sundays. Thursday afternoon is half-day closing in Pontefract. However other well developed retail business’s also thrive within the ‘Five Towns’ area and these range from small business holdings to major suppliers such as ASDA, Tesco , Morrison’s and the retail park Freeport with its close neighbour the Xscape complex which offers restaurant’s, bars, shops, cinema, bowling and not forgetting skiing as some its attractions.
There are numerous high achieving primary schools within Pontefract and the surrounding ‘Five Towns’ area and the secondary schools within the town are Carleton Community High School, in Carleton and The King’s School, on Mill Hill Lane; both being comprehensive schools, for ages 11-16. Serving the ‘Five Town’ area and beyond are also St Wilfred’s, in North Featherstone which is also a comprehensive and having a sixth form can cater for ages 11–18. Then there is NEW (North East Wakefield) College offering a number of AS and A-level, and GCSE courses, as well as year-long courses, stand alone courses and vocational courses it is one of the highest achieving colleges in England, enjoying a 98.3% pass rate in 2011.
The area is home to many major sports including cricket and football. The three most famous institutions though, are horse racing at Pontefract Racecourse, Featherstone Rovers and Castleford Tigers, the area's professional rugby league clubs.
Unlike many towns of its size, Pontefract has three railway stations: Pontefract Baghill, on the Dearne Valley Line, which connects York and Sheffield; and Pontefract Monkhill and Pontefract Tanshelf, which connect with Leeds and Wakefield.
The ‘Five Towns’ area is also ideally located to the M62, M1 and A1 corridors making it an ideal location to commute to and from.
